By accessing and using the Remind The Memories website, users are deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to all applicable terms and conditions.
2. Services
The tickets available are queue tickets (not paid admission tickets) and are not physically delivered.
3. Event Ticket Orders
- Tickets are only available while the event is active.
- Users can take queue tickets via the available event page.
- Users are required to fill in valid data
- Each ticket has a unique code (QR / ID)
4. Payment
- Event tickets are generally free (unless stated)
- Online payment only for certain events
- Booking services is not done on the website
- Booking confirmed via WhatsApp
5. Booking Services
- Booking via button → WhatsApp
- Schedule valid after admin confirmation
- Payments are made outside the website
6. Ticket Usage
- Only valid for 1x use
- Must be shown at the event
- Non-transferable
7. Cancellation & Refunds
- Tickets may not be sold
- we reserve the right to change the schedule/location
8. Prohibition
- Abusing the ticket system
- Fake tickets
- Illegal activity
9. Responsibility
- Data error by user
- Lost ticket
- Technical constraints outside the system
